Good	I brought my husband to an ECG. He is in Woodrowe House rehabilitating from an acquired brain injury. We had expected to see a GP. The receptionist said ‘Oh you are just seeing a nurse!’ In the end the ecg was done by a HCA who was very nice indeed. I think the Administration staff need to realise that a trained nurse trains for 4 plus years and then has several years of clinical practise under her/ his belt! Value All clinical staff.
