Very good | Appointment was arranged remarkably swiftly, service was very professional and helpful. My problem was dealt with sensitively and kindly, with the minimum of fuss and no sense that my mental health is somehow a “lesser” problem, if that makes any sense. | It sounds small, but given how I currently am I could have done with a two day extension to my time off work, just to have slightly longer to process everything that’s been happening, as the ten days I was given included the weekend, which I wasn’t going to be working.
