Good | The receptionist was very polite and Dr Latif was very attentive and professional during the consultation. | More clarification regarding telephone/ face to face appointments. It was recorded as a telephone appointment even though I had asked when it was booked. Also, as I couldn’t check in automatically on arrival, I spoke to the receptionist who took my name and asked me to take a seat. After 20 minutes of waiting after my due appointment, I spoke to the receptionist who messaged Dr Latif.
