Very good | Only recently joined this practise due to house move. Had to attend with my poorly daughter, Dr Heaton was such a lovely DR so caring sent us to the royal kids ED as was concerned for my daughter also I was upset in reception & Emma your receptionist was so lovely coming to check on me as I was clearly upset; something she didn’t need to do. Neither good nor poor | I was advised by hospital staff to book a chest xray after an ecg. I did, but wasn’t given one. Just got told to book blood tests.
