Don’t know | This is an impossible question to answer – dealing with a GP surgery likely involves multiple interactions so can’t be summed up in a single rating. Rating it good because one part of the experience was good means that another individual’s unsatisfactory performance goes unresolved and proper feedback to prompt improvement isn’t received. Similarly focusing a score on the less good elements means that someone else’s excellent work is diminished inaccurately.
