I’ve recently had a medication review . The pharmacist was friendly and took the time to go through my medication and discuss any concerns.
The practice and its staff are always polite and very professional in their duty of care.

I was advised to see a doctor. The receptionist said ring tomorrow, l did and was offered an appointment at 15.00 that day. Why encourage phone e calls?
I was subsequently offered a doctors appointment in two weeks time with only appointment at 8.30 which was too early for me. But was told that’s all there was. I then telephoned to say the appointment needs to be changed to the afternoon , which is what I asked for at the time of booking the appointment.
