Poor | Appointment was 9.30 arrived at 9.10 so I would have plenty of time. Was actually seen at 9.50. Booking in system wasn’t working so had to wait in a queue for 10 minutes to book in. | Booking in screen could’ve work. Receptionist spent about 15 minutes making an appointment for patent at the front of the queue Where I appreciate her thought and care for the patient when there was so many of us waiting to book in perhaps she could’ve taken this into account and booked the appointment sooner, even the patient making the appointment seemed surprised she was given so many options and asked so many questions when she had already stated any day any time. | March 21, 2024 at 10:35 am |
