Apart from an abrupt and to be honest quite rude receptionist that we don’t usually see in our surgery all of the staff and doctors are very supportive and kind.

Don’t want to point out anyone specifically but I’m sure you will know which lady who we have only ever seen once, really could do with further training in listening and compassion. This is not the norm at Markfield surgery so hopefully she can remain behind the scenes in future and not make people feel uncomfortable and worthless.

The Physio Glentleman had a mask on !
I’m not sure he was wearing to protect himself or me ! Why wasn’t I asked to also wear a mask ?
Consequently communication between us I found extremely difficult ! So much so I completely misunderstood on a number of occasions what he was asking ! Which was very frustrating!

Communication between patients and Consultant is very important for the small amount of time that we get to see them!
