Poor | I had a telephone call about some results, and I couldn’t hear the doctor what she was telling me,even though I had a phone on full volume, usually I can hear everything anyone was saying,so I had to go down to the doctors to ask what the doctor had said,I did ask her to speak up,but it was a waste of time.
