I was given an appointment for a blood test with the nurse followed with a consultation with Dr Latif.

I must express how well I was treated in a friendly & most professional way leaving a lot more relaxed
after seeing Dr Latif who is a credit to her profession.
At the start of this survey you asked of my experience. Dr Latif 5 stars ****

Stop insisting on arranging appointments over the telephone /Internet. not all patients are able to do so.
Stop offering consultation over the telephone.
Reduce waiting time for appointments as they are getting longer not shorter.
Question’ how will the surgery cope with the influx of new patients when Jelson’s development is completed
when it is obvious it is not been for some time.

Dr Latif has been fantastic in helping me with my perimenopause symptoms. She has taken time to listen to my concerns and given me lots of helpful information and advice and prescribed me HRT. She has also helped me by making adjustments to the dosage and trying alternatives. I’m very grateful for the level of care she has given.

Dr Latif has also fitted me with a Mirena coil and she took the time to talk through the procedure and answer my questions. The fitting of the coil was very straightforward with minimal discomfort. Lisa the Nurse assisting was very kind, helpful and friendly too.
