Good | Everyone is always nice and informative-flu jabs. Jab done quickly and efficiently. | Saturday flu jab session was chaos and there were far too many people in the room and I wish I had worn a mask. There were also people in the foyer and standing around the room. My appoint was just after 10 past 9 and I got in for it just before half past. I get that they were offering covid jabs as well that hadn’t been expected. However, from the time I was sat there listening to people it was clear there were some people sat waiting whose appointment was not until 9.25-9.30 and I got there just after 9. There was also a lady sat coughing in the corner which was a bit inconsiderate. | October 8, 2024 at 6:39 pm |

Very good | This surgery is brilliant in my opinion. If I have a problem I can ring on the day and usually get a phone call appointment that same day. I can book a face to face appointment in advance too. Compared to other surgeries in Leicestershire Markfield medical centre are at the top of the list in this respect. I know this fact as I work in a Leicestershire hospital and deal with patients every day. 90% who are patients at other surgeries in the Leics area always complain how they can never get to see/speak to a GP. I have been at this surgery since 2001 and throughout all the changes over the years including Covid lockdown they remain first class in my opinion. The staff on reception are always helpful as are the doctors. The doctors and administration team seem to get this right where many other surgeries in Leicestershire seem to fail. | October 8, 2024 at 6:26 pm |
