Very good | Firstly it was lovely to be called by the doctor in person to the room rather than electronically. Doctor, nurses and paramedic have listened to me and have been reassuring. Overall I am pleased with the service from the surgery. I do agree and have experienced that there are times when a telephone consultation is appropriate. (Something good that’s come out of COVID).
