Very good	We saw Dr Ali female Asian registrar (head scarf) with someone shadowing. She was professional, kind, listened and used language we could understand. We felt part of the consultation as she asked our opinions and put a plan in place. It was a breath of fresh air to have someone explain things and talk about why and what they plan to do rather than sending you off thinking what’s just happened. Very poor	It is so difficult to book a telephone appointment for a set time which is important for me as I work and can’t just wait by the phone. When I get a time and it is added to the NHS app that needs to be the time I am called. Not 5 minutes earlier as I will miss the phonecall.
