Good	The Nurse was lovely and very professional . She apologised profusely for keeping me waiting . It was about 20 mins , as she was having issues with some equipment . It was fine and she did a great job of removing my stitches . I found the wait quite informative and shocked to read 126 patient didn’t turn up for their appointments in July . Perhaps something can be done to reduce these numbers ? Anyway thank you for being there for me . Keep up the good work .		August 22, 2026 at 11:08 am
Very good	Everyone is polite and helpful they always have time discuss a problem. Most times they are able to help. Follow up after to see if things are better.	Nothing the nurse was very gentle and made me feel at ease.	August 22, 2026 at 11:06 am
