Very good | We get a really good service from our surgery, particularly when compared with what friends and family at other surgeries tell us about their experiences. Telephone consultations have really helped for getting appointments, with face to face appointments still given if needed. The receptionists are cheerful and helpful and try their best to give a good service. We really appreciate our surgeryespecially as you work in what can often be difficult/restricted circumstances. Very good | Rang during the morning and was offered an appointment that same day. Poor | I came for a shingles vaccine, after having a message from you to say i could have it, the nurse got everything ready and then informed me that i wasn’t having it, reason being i didn’t qualify for it a mistake had been made. | The surgery should have contacted me to say i wasn’t having it, since then my haematology doctor has told me i should be having it because of all my conditions, she is going to write to you. | November 2, 2023 at 2:49 pm |
