Neither good nor poor | On my records it stated I had a flu vac on 6/10/24. This is incorrect. I asked the receptionist if this could be removed she said she had removed it.I went to a pharmacy on 11/10/23 to have my flu and Covid vaccine when the pharmacist checked on her screen this incorrect information was still on. I had to make a visit to the doctors the following day to ask again for the flu vaccination to be removed from 06/10/23. Not to happy | The receptionist was quite dismissive of the information given. I understand mistakes happen but once they are pointed out they should be corrected. The receptionist spoke over me most of the time. | October 13, 2023 at 12:53 pm |
