Poor | I had a telephone consultation at 320. I finally got a call at 5pm. The nurse didn’t appear to have the information about why she was calling me and I don’t feel I was given clear information about what I need to do next My test results showing on nhs recorded are not right. Poor | The doctor rang me to discuss scan results he didn’t even know why he was phoning me . as im in alot of pain he asked is there anything he can do i asked for tablets he said yes yet he forgot to do when i went to collect i had to wait for ages to get them authorised when i was in awful pain. | when a doctor says hes going to authorise medication he should do . | April 4, 2025 at 12:49 pm |
