Very good | Blood test booked for previous day canx due to staff illness, but easily rebooked for 0730 the following day, a big relief and Kate, nurse, excellent, as always. V kind and v professional. | Did only receive text notification of canx appt as about to leave for it (we don’t live in M’field but it is our nearest Practice and we have been patients there for 40+yrs) However it was an 0840appt and staff illness must have been unexpected. Text said not to call surgery until after 1000 to rebook, which could have been awkward as it had been booked for several weeks and arrangements made round it, but receptionist was v helpful at making the revised appt. | January 31, 2024 at 3:15 pm |
