The staff are always kind and respectfully.Take tome to listen and explain things with great care of patients .Will always refer to specialist advice and take great care to Insure patients receive correct treatments that they need at their point of need .Feel very lucky that we are so blessed with such dedicated and respectful group of people.

To have more access to mental health and social prescribers as feel that the service is very stretched with not enough properly qualified people to meet the needs placed upon it.
Re parients medical records .To allow patient access to all letters,comments written about or concerning them by particularly Mental Health services Insure that informations are correct before including them in patient records In my experience have read a very upsetting comment family member suffering Schizophrenia.Non one in my family had ever suffered this disorder My family have Metabolic Inborn Errors of Metabolism On many old Death records written as Asthenia.
Is very upsetting to see this quote randomly written with non medical facts or evidence to such a claim which would be done in proper medical practice not to endanger a patient .Also that my Grandmother took her life .Had two Grandmother’s Blanche Harriet died of heart condition and Florence Lucy Leggett of cancer .My father and both Grandfathers William Toon and Thomas Coles both died of pancreatic cancer out of metabolic dearrangment fuctional b12 deficiency.My Cousin Gillian Toon died recently diagnosed with Parkinsons as unfortunatly prescribed medications blocking b12 pathways and not provided b12 replacement therapy.
Would love an in surgery Metabolic clinic to rule out deficiencies before prescribing medications that could worsen symptoms in blocking B12 essential Methylation pathways.
