Everyone (reception staff and doctor)) was professional and listened to my concerns both when making and during my appointment.
I was asked what help I would like once my medical concerns were confirmed by x-ray and surveys and have now been referred to 2 separate services at a Leicester hospital.
I was kept fully informed at each stage of the process either by text message or phone and felt valued as a patient.

Nothing, I am very satisfied with the service I received.

I came for blood test result which was good and doctor Patel was very pleasant and thorough.

Poor

Because the Dr prescribed me Amoxacillin & I didn’t realise until later that evening that’s it part of the Penicillin Group, and I’m Allergic to it – there would’ve been a Red Sticker/Marker on my Onscreen notes & She failed to see this. Poor practice from a GP.
