Poor | I am writing to provide feedback on my recent appointment with you. I have been struggling with my hormone replacement therapy (HRT) and associated symptoms for a while now, and I recently underwent some blood tests that revealed that I’m low in Oestrogen. During our appointment, I expressed my ongoing challenges and concerns, hoping to receive guidance and support. However, I felt that the issues I am currently experiencing were not adequately addressed. Instead, I was simply asked if I had tried a sleeping app and informed that they would consult with another doctor before getting back to me. I also brought up the allergic reaction I was experiencing to the patches, even providing the doctor with photos. Despite my efforts to seek assistance and resolution, I left the appointment feeling misunderstood and unsupported, with my concerns unresolved. | As a patient in need of help and guidance, I was hoping for a more proactive and comprehensive approach to address the issues I am facing. It is disappointing to have left the appointment feeling the same as when I arrived, without any clear plan or direction.
