Neither good nor poor | I was told I had to go elsewhere for a blood test as there was no one in that day to do it. After 2 phone calls to other places my daughter went back into the surgery only to be told that there was in fact someone who could do it. This caused me more stress on top of feeling very unwell too . | Communication to staff regarding availability of other health care professionals on site each day would be useful. | April 4, 2024 at 2:29 pm |
