Good | I walked into the surgery and was offered an appointment later that day. The receptionist was very understanding. | Sadly, the outcome of the appointment wasn’t in my favour, the Dr was very understanding but powerless to have any impact over wait times for the menopause clinic, I desperately need to be seen at. Very good | Friendly and helpful staff on the phone and reception desk. Happy to help and answer questions where needed and provide more in depth insights. Most helpful on resolving issues to view my medical files on the online system | Ensure antibacterial hand gel on entrance and reception is topped up at all times.
