Poor | My meds review was scheduled for some time ago but has still not taken place. I was meant to have one recently but was unable to take the call before the caller rang off. I then received an SMS giving me a face to face appointment next Monday but apparently this will be a phone review also. I feel as though my meds review is not much of a priority. | Why was I sent a surgery appointment when the actual meds review is listed as a phone call?
