Unfortunately the waiting time is a very difficult especially when you are suffering with a chronic complaint. I was pleased when I eventually spoke to the Doctor who dealt with my diagnosis straight away.

You could have spoken to me about the results of my MRI scan quickly without me having to wait nearly 3 weeks.

Ringing in at 8am to get an appointment with you own doctor is futile.
I have rung in a number of times dead on 8am and being 24th or more in the queue only to be told that all appointments have been taken for the day.
On the last occasion I had an appointment with another doctor mid afternoon only I had been waiting for 10 minutes or so only to see my doctor appear from the surgery office and walk to her own room with only me and one other patient in the surgery. How many appointments do they actually have for the day??
How do I manage to get an appointment with MY doctor pray tell me!

I needed to see a doctor on a Friday afternoon and was surprised when an appointment was offered to me by a very kind receptionist. The paramedic that I saw was extremely professional, knowledgeable and friendly. She helped me to manage my symptoms and explained a very helpful service at the practice.
