Unable to make an appointment for a telephone call from the doctor rang at 8am was told I was 24th in queue after what seemed like an hour the call died so won’t bother again.

Change the procedure for booking an appointment it’sridiculous

Nurse failed to phone, dispite me ringing 3 times , third time ,nurse had gone home , please ask Lisa the receptionist, for verification, so just wasted my time sitting around home , nurse claimed she rang ,but I had no missed calls, and I had no problem ringing the surgery,?

When I rang could of put me through to the nurse, other than that everything is fine ,

Very good

The receptionists are always polite, friendly and caring. The doctors take the time to listen and seem to be very genuine. They’ve helped me tremendously and cannot fault them all.

Sometimes it can take a while to get through on the phone.
