Kate is absolutely phenomenal at taking bloods – coming from someone who is quite put off by the thought of it. She is knowledgeable and reassuring. Kate even took responsibility for ordering bloods they had forgotten to assign that day.

When bloods arrive, it would be helpful to have a notification from the NHS app.

Felt listened to by Dr Patel and was seen promptly.

A week prior to the appointment I’d had a telephone conversation with a receptionist which wasn’t so good. She came across as quite rude in her manner. I had made a simple request and was given short shrift and told to put it in writing. Eventually she said I could email. A few days later I phoned and spoke to Tyler who was the exact opposite. He was most helpful. I’d been given the wrong email address. He sorted my simple request efficiently and with minimal fuss. Thank you Tyler
