The service provided by Matkfield Medical Cetntre is excellent.

However the administration at Masons Chemist next door is very poor, when a prescription request is immediately sent to Masons it is unacceptable to be told Mason’s printer has broken down so they can’t dispense it. They requested me to go back to MMC to ask for a “token” (strange name/ expression).
I did as asked and MMC receptionist immediately and helpfully gave me a hard copy of my prescription which I then took back to Masons.
This not the first time Masons have failed on this.

The physio gave my brother a thorough examination and recommended an X-ray which happened very quickly. Within a very short period of time my brother was then sent for a CT scan which resulted in him being immediately admitted to hospital for an operation. Thank you for acting so promptly.

Neither good nor poor

I feel I was not taken seriously in consideration with my breast pain. It might be a muscular pain…might be…and have to endure this pain for another month and if it persists, to go back. Seriously..how was my mindset been helped, how about my worrying for another month or so..to use ibuprofen to harm other parts of the body?? There was not enough care for the person who is worried..

To take my worries away! To allow me to have a scan and see why I keep on having this pain. To make me feel I am taken seriously.
