How to make an appointment
To make an appointment please call the surgery on – 01530 242313 or come down to the surgery and book at the front desk. We offer both face to face and telephone appointments. We offer pre-bookable appointments and on the day appointments as well as enhanced access appointments.
On booking your appointment the receptionist will ask you the reason as to why you need the appointment, this is to allow them to be able to book you with the most appropriate clinician for your problem.
Enhanced Access
Enhanced Access clinics are held at Long Lane Surgery in Coalville and Castle Medical Group in Ashby. The appointments are available Monday – Friday 6:30pm to 8pm and Saturdays 9am – 5pm.
Clinics available – GP face to face appointments, GP telephone appointments, Advanced Nurse Practitioners for minor illness, Clinical Practitioners for acute problems, Clinical Pharmacist telephone appointments, smears and dressings.
Cancellations
If you no longer need your appointment or are unable to attend your appointment, then please ring the practice on 01530 242313 to let us know.
Out of Hours Information
If our practice is closed and you have a medical condition that cannot wait until the practice opens, then please call Out of Hours – 111
If you have a life threatening medical emergency please dial 999
